EatTHIS! is curated to be more than just recipes, it’s filled with fascinating info, family stories, and super simple meal ideas. The aim is to make Japanese cooking accessible to all. The user friendly recipes only call for ingredients you can find at your local grocery store.

This particular issue is truly special because I’ve had the privilege of working with some amazing talents, including Emiko Davis, Harvard Wang, Ebony Bizys, Simone Maynard and Japanese locals Yurie Tsusumi and Yu O’Shannassy. With EatTHIS!, I invite you to join me on a journey of food, culture, and unity as we explore the rich culinary heritage of Japan.
