Eat This - The Italian Issue

This self-published zine is not just about recipes, it’s a celebration of my own cultural heritage and a means for me to share the stories, flavours, and traditions of my own family. Most recipes come from my beautiful Nonna. The others are from my extended family. All are incredlibly simple, easy to follow, and likely to be the most delicious thing you’ve ever made – the very essence of Italian food culture. Peppered with handy tips, family stories, and Italian food traditions, this one is very close to my heart.
